| 2 | 1 | 4 | Joe has no idea what he is doing. He has a very impressive degree, and is a genuinely amusing person, but he should never have gotten to his position. Mostly, he picks a person he is going to listen to on any given week and does what they say. The worst part is how he takes criticism. He always agrees, and will immediately reverses whatever you disagree with. I informed him on the dismal returns of some of our targeted internet advertising efforts, and told him we should probably be spending less in that area. He cut funding entirely. That day. He moved me and a bunch of other people to new projects. A month and a half later, he moves tons of resources back to the same thing.
